Track supplies and see when they may run out

Record how much of a supply you have and how you use it. ResiArk shows a date range for running out from your own records, or says plainly that it needs more information.

How to use it

  1. Open an inventory item and use Supply tracking. Enter the unit, the amount on hand and either a known usage rate or a replacement schedule.
  2. Record uses, refills, replacements and corrections as they happen. Each change recalculates the forecast, and repeating the same saved entry does not count it twice.
  3. Read the forecast as a range of dates, not a promise. With too little recorded use, the page says so and asks for a rate or schedule instead of guessing.
  4. Open Inventory alerts, Supplies and forecasts to see every supply that is running low or has too little data.
  5. Choose the shopping list option for a suggested purchase, or Schedule maintenance to pre-fill a care task. Nothing is purchased or scheduled automatically.
  6. Replenishment reminders are sent only when the operator has turned them on; the in-app forecast works without them. Reminders use the most recent recalculation, so a supply nobody opens keeps its last stored status.

Not plan-gated in this release: owners and members can record and edit supplies; viewers can read them.
