Export plans and inspect schematic 3D

Download SVG, PNG, PDF or a versioned drawing package, and inspect a schematic generated from the same geometry.

How to use it

  1. Choose Export plans. SVG and PNG use the selected floor; Download PDF supports selected or all floors. Exports identify revision or proposal, local draft state, date, units and measurement basis.
  2. For Download PDF, choose paper size and Fit to page or an available drawing scale. A true-scale PDF refuses a floor that will not fit the selected sheet instead of silently shrinking it. Print at Actual size / 100% and check the measurement bar. Browser Print / Save as PDF remains a separate fit-to-page packet.
  3. Visible normalized source linework appears in presentation drawings. Source images, raw uploaded originals and private record contents are not a presentation export. Downloaded files are fixed historical copies; regenerate them when the saved plan changes.
  4. Download project JSON retains plan geometry, physical frames, source provenance and record references within its 2 MB limit. Reimport remaps copied drawing IDs and strips active record authorization. Relink imported records through the authorized catalog. Use Home Data Export for a full records/documents backup.
  5. Open Schematic 3D to orbit, tilt, isolate a floor or inspect stacked floors and a cutaway. Wall thickness, curves, openings and floor placement derive from the plan. Unknown wall/floor elevations, opening heights and furniture heights use the displayed assumptions. Large models may require floor isolation or the 2D view. This is not photorealistic rendering or a certified construction model.

Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
