What you can do

• Manage company members and trades with explicit project and financial grants. Start company projects using existing Ark+ capacity or connect a homeowner-authorized project.
• Apply reviewed personal or company construction templates; manage phases, milestones, dependencies, date revisions and the same schedule in list, calendar and timeline views.
• Capture private daily logs and concealed-system photographs, connect existing rooms, and review finalized evidence before sharing it with the homeowner.
• Run reusable inspections and room walkthroughs, assign corrections, verify evidence and retain warranty service against the same installed asset.
• Preserve selection decisions and substitutions; track purchasing and receipts, then verify installation and connect the permanent equipment care record.
• Review private estimate revisions, purchase orders, budgets, actual costs and commitments with decimal calculations. Share customer totals and change summaries explicitly.
• Open the authorized shared property plan, inspect linked construction locations and keep design proposals separate until reviewed promotion.
• Review the homeowner package, invite a customer to the existing property and separately request transfer of property administration. Shared history survives removal of builder access.
