A place for everything in your home

Put your home’s details in context. Create a layout of your rooms, place belongings where they live, and find equipment around the property. When you need a manual or want to plan a repair, start with the place it belongs. You can build the layout a little at a time.

Property maps are approximate, user-supplied diagrams. They do not establish surveyed boundaries, utility locations or property measurements.

A fictional home shows how buildings, rooms and garden areas can sit beside saved records.

Care for the home you have

Know your equipment. Stay ahead of its next job.

Find the furnace model, the last service invoice and the next filter change in the same home record. Connect equipment details to documents and maintenance without starting a construction project.

Know the system

Keep model and serial numbers, installation details, manuals, warranty coverage and location together.

Explore home systems →

Turn findings into work

Set the schedule and responsibility for a linked care task. Completed visits preserve service history.

Explore home care →

Keep the paperwork

Connect invoices, warranties and instructions to the records they explain.

Explore documents →

Keep the knowledge with the home

Move in with the details. Pass them on with confidence.

The final plans, the hidden shutoff, the warranty and the work behind the walls all matter after the job ends. Preserve original files and their history, then choose the records that belong in a home handover, an insurance conversation or an independent copy for your family.

Keep the original paperwork

Connect plans, receipts, manuals and photographs to the home records they explain. Replacing an attachment preserves earlier originals for later review.

See how originals are preserved →

Choose what you share

Review records, original versions and privacy choices before preparing an insurance or handover package. Keep household access separate from the evidence you select for a recipient.

Explore insurance & handover →

Keep an independent copy

Prepare a home continuity ZIP with a printable guide, structured records and selected readable originals. Open the extracted guide without a ResiArk account; keep the copy private.

Explore the home continuity file →

Reviewed insurance and handover packages require Ark or Ark+. Basic export and home continuity follow core access and export limits. Downloaded continuity files are snapshots; they cannot be updated or revoked remotely. Keep your independent copy up to date as your home changes.

About the proposed changes

Can I buy these proposed plans?

These prices and allowances describe planned launch packages and may change. All new subscription purchases, plan upgrades, trials and add-on purchases are currently disabled. Existing subscriber contracts remain unchanged.

Will my existing plan change?

This preview makes no change to your subscription, price or access. The proposal is to preserve existing customers’ prices and promised entitlements while continuously subscribed, with an explicit choice before switching.

Would customers and trades need paid seats?

The Builder proposal includes invited homeowners and scoped trade collaborators without internal seat charges. Household members would also be included. Access would always depend on a specific invitation and permissions.

ResiArk on mobile

Your home records.
Ready on your phone.

ResiArk includes a mobile web app you can add directly from the website to your phone or tablet’s Home Screen. Open it like an app, sign in with the same account, and take photos or choose existing files while you organize your home.

Use up-to-date Safari on iPhone or iPad, or a current Chrome browser on Android, over a secure HTTPS connection. Apple uses Share → Add to Home Screen; Android supports an Install button when offered, or installation from the browser menu. Keep an internet connection while using home records.

Your household’s records.
A clear place to keep them.

Sign-in and household roles control access to your records. Supported homeowner uploads are encrypted in the browser before private household storage. Construction uploads use encrypted project storage and are shared with the homeowner. People with authorized shared access can read the records and files.

This is an additional privacy layer, not end-to-end encryption.Keep independent copies of irreplaceable records. ResiArk does not verify insurance coverage or provide legal or tax advice.

Before you begin

A few useful answers

What can I keep track of in ResiArk?

Keep equipment details, belongings, rooms, documents, warranties, receipts and maintenance history together. Organize improvements and construction information as your home changes.

Can I start with just a few records?

Yes. Start with an item, a useful document or an upcoming maintenance task. Add locations and systems when they are relevant to your property.

Can my family share the home record?

Household owners can invite members and viewers. Permissions and the active household keep property records separate.

Can I keep an independent copy?

Basic export and home continuity let you keep selected records within the displayed limits. Review what you include and store downloaded copies privately.

How are uploaded files protected?

Supported homeowner uploads encrypt files in the browser before private storage. Authorized people can access shared records and files. Keep independent copies of irreplaceable records.
