Building a Home

Find shared daily logs and pre-drywall photographs

Finalized reports become permanent property evidence only after the builder explicitly shares them.

How to use it

  1. Open Field documentation in the construction project. Search shared daily logs or concealed construction records by text, phase, report type, and work date.
  2. Open Photographs to review the report’s images, captions, and dates. Rooms and map features refer to saved property locations; an approximate room association does not establish an exact hidden-system position.
  3. In the homeowner room map, choose the saved room and open Construction documentation to find linked shared reports. Follow a title back to its construction record.
  4. Builders save drafts and photographs privately, finalize the report, then review homeowner sharing before publishing all its details and photos. Homeowners cannot view another person’s private drafts. Shared evidence remains with the home after builder access ends.
  5. Follow-up work uses the existing project schedule. Creating a shared follow-up task does not automatically publish its private source report.

Active construction collaboration requires the household’s Ark+ entitlement. Household roles and builder permissions still apply. Existing history is preserved when access changes.
