Reuse a personal or company construction template
Review a reusable set of phases and tasks before adding it to an authorized project.
How to use it
- Open Schedule and Construction templates. Choose Create template, name it, and add phases and tasks. Add documentation requirements to task details; they are instructions rather than a separate inspection checklist.
- Set each task’s start and completion offsets in calendar days after the application start date. Select prerequisite tasks and responsibility labels. Save template preserves the definition in the selected personal or company library.
- Select a template to edit or duplicate it. Choose Personal or an authorized company library when creating or duplicating a template. Existing templates keep their library. Updating a template does not modify schedules where it was already applied.
- Choose a template and start date, then Review application. Check the generated dates and prerequisites before Apply reviewed template. Existing work and milestone dates stay as recorded. Each template can be applied only once to a project.
- If the project or template changes during review, refresh the preview before applying it. Retry an interrupted unchanged submission to recover its original result.
Active construction collaboration requires the household’s Ark+ entitlement. Household roles and builder permissions still apply. Existing history is preserved when access changes.
