Search shows an Answer from your records for date, overdue, last-service, location and cost questions, with links to the saved records behind it.
How to use it
- Open Search and type a question such as Which warranties are expiring in the next 60 days?, What maintenance is overdue?, When was the water heater last serviced?, Where is the spare key? or What did I pay for the washer?
- Read Answer from your records above the usual results. Open the linked records to check the original.
- If two records could match, such as two furnaces, the answer asks which one you mean. If nothing matches, it says so instead of guessing.
- Answers come only from saved records you can access. Records without dates are not counted, and amounts are listed separately, never added together.
- Date windows use the server's UTC date, so close to midnight in a distant time zone the window can be a day off.
Available on every plan. This answer uses saved records and no AI model, so it does not use your AI allowance.
