Prepare a reviewed insurance or handover package

Choose what the recipient should receive, including saved home records and selected preserved originals.

How to use it

  1. Open Export → Insurance Preparation or Home Handover. Ark or Ark+ is required for these advanced reports; basic data export is available on all plans.
  2. Select relevant records and review missing evidence. Current package bounds are 200 records and ten original files.
  3. Select the exact original versions for photos, receipts, manuals, appraisals or permits. Review transferability rather than assuming every file belongs with a buyer.
  4. Review privacy choices for descriptions, locations, values and provider contacts. Check the recipient projection and confirmation before building the package.
  5. Generate the package and inspect its PDF summary, structured manifest, warnings and selected originals. For an irrigation map, select an exported map original if the recipient needs geometry/background; the specialist reference alone is not that export.
  6. Review saved package status, expiry and authorized download access. Revoke access when appropriate. If a file is missing, review the warning and rebuild with a valid selection.
  7. A handover package does not transfer account or property ownership. Use the separate household owner-transfer workflow only when intended. Reports are not verified valuations or insurance coverage.

Requires Ark or an eligible higher plan. Permissions and service configuration still apply.
