Document sprinkler zones and irrigation care
Irrigation & Water links systems, zones, controllers, equipment, approximate maps, schedules, water evidence and service history to the current property.
How to use it
- Open Home Systems → Irrigation & Water and choose Add irrigation system. Save the property time zone and known profile details; Continue setup resumes saved progress.
- Use Zones and Equipment to record zones, controller stations, devices and water sources. Unknown optional details can wait.
- Use Schedules for documented plans and separately record completed or skipped watering. No physical controller schedule is changed.
- Use Water Usage to add meters, cumulative/interval readings or runtime estimates, with source and units. Whole-house water is not automatically attributed to irrigation.
- Use Maintenance, Leaks & Repairs, Documents, History and Reports for the permanent ownership record.
All plans include the manual workspace; shared equipment, document and storage limits apply.
