Review runtime and usage-based maintenance

Supported operating-state evidence creates recorded runtime estimates and completed operating-cycle counts. Missing periods are excluded.

How to use it

  1. Open Connected Services and expand History and alert preferences for a linked device. Runtime processing must be enabled by the operator.
  2. Compare operating hours with observed hours, the calculation method and the recorded time zone. A thermostat mode or requested setpoint alone does not establish compressor activity.
  3. Create a homeowner-selected usage maintenance interval for a supported operating metric. Future recorded hours or cycles advance the rule; unknown periods do not.
  4. When reached, the rule creates an ordinary linked Maintenance task. Completing it resets its baseline on the next telemetry update.
  5. Configure sustained numeric or boolean thresholds and optional recovery records. For boolean readings, 1 means yes and 0 means no. Operating-cycle ended rules require a recent active-to-inactive observation and do not establish successful appliance program completion.
  6. Choose equipment email/push opt-ins in Connected Services, then enable the corresponding channel and quiet hours in Reminders. Delivery requires operator configuration. Queued, provider accepted and delivered are distinct states.
  7. Pause monitoring, disable rules, snooze notifications or acknowledge an event when appropriate. Retained history remains readable after downgrade.

Requires Ark+ or an eligible higher plan. Permissions and service configuration still apply.
