Track separate appliance warranty periods

In Warranty coverage, open Add warranty or service coverage. Enter coverage name/provider, dates, policy details, contact/claim instructions and an optional linked document.

How to use it

  1. In Warranty coverage, open Add warranty or service coverage. Enter coverage name/provider, dates, policy details, contact/claim instructions and an optional linked document.
  2. For a documented month term, enter Coverage start and Documented term (months), then choose Propose expiration — verify policy. Verify and correct the proposed date before saving.
  3. Create separate parts/labor/component or extended coverage entries. Choose 90/60/30/7-day reminders as appropriate. Source asset warranty dates retain the existing Reminder Settings workflow; identical expiration dates are not notified twice.
  4. Active, expiring, expired and missing-coverage filters are in the Appliances list. Documents can be opened from the coverage entry. Reminder delivery requires the configured daily job; email requires opt-in.

Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
