Enable appliance management on an inventory item

How to use it

1. Save an inventory item, then review “This looks like a home appliance.” Choose Add to Appliances to enable management on that same source record.
2. Choose Keep as regular inventory item to dismiss the suggestion. No existing items are converted silently. In Appliances, use Review likely appliances for existing inventory.
3. Multi-quantity items must first be split into individually tracked units. To reverse a classification, open the appliance History section and choose Keep source record; disable appliance management. The original item and history remain.
