Back up and restore guided workflows

The complete home recovery archive includes guided actions, evidence links, inspections, claim revisions and your selected handoff copies.

How to use it

  1. In Data Export, prepare the complete home recovery archive and include the originals you want to preserve. Keep the downloaded backup private; it contains household records.
  2. Select an empty destination home, upload the archive, review missing originals and the destination preview, then confirm restoration. An interrupted retry reuses the same archive identity.
  3. Open Guided Actions in the destination to resume restored work and inspect its linked documents and timeline. Assign responsibilities again; old assignment acceptance is cleared.
  4. Recovered handoff copies are revoked and recipient details are cleared. Review selected records and create a new invitation if sharing is still appropriate. Another owner's private handoff copies are excluded.
  5. Older archives created before workflow support remain readable, but cannot supply records they never contained. Restore does not run jobs, send invitations or mark repairs verified.

Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
