How to use it
- Open a claim in Warranty & Replacement Planning.
- Work through the filing checklist and set a follow-up deadline.
- Use Draft Claim Letter when the local AI service is available.
- Review the letter carefully and check the provider’s requirements before sending.
Paid claim preparation tools are included with Ark and Ark+. AI letter drafting also needs the optional local AI service to be available.
