Prepare a home handover and transfer household access
Create a readable Home Handover report, then request an owner-role transfer that the receiving household member must accept. The report and role transfer do not transfer legal ownership, third-party services, or the subscription billing owner.
How to use it
- Review and update inventory, systems, maintenance, and documents.
- On Ark or Ark+, open Reports and choose Home Handover. Review the records and print or save the report as PDF.
- Invite the receiving person and wait until they join as a Member.
- Open Household Members and request the transfer. The recipient must sign in and accept.
The Home Handover report requires Ark or Ark+. Household owner transfer is available to household owners.
