Maintenance & Planning

Start and resume a guided action

Guided Actions keeps step outcomes, responsibility and deadlines in a saved household workspace.

How to use it

  1. Open Guided Actions and choose your objective.
  2. Name the workflow and save it to start. Existing workflows automatically save notes after a pause; wait for Progress saved before leaving.
  3. Record outcomes and use Related home records to search and attach existing inventory, systems, documents, providers, projects and maintenance. Open linked records in a new tab.
  4. Assign responsibility and a due date. The assigned member can accept the responsibility. Reassignment clears acceptance. Review workflows, assigned maintenance and open project tasks in My Responsibilities.
  5. For insurance workflows, save structured claim details separately: claim reference, submission, deadlines, amounts and settlement notes. These are household-entered records, not insurer confirmations. Record every required outcome before choosing Completed. Reopen by selecting In progress and saving.
  6. Review changes in History. Notes are visible to household members; use curated export tools to review recipient packages separately.

Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
