Review project invoices and recorded payments
Connect approved contractor submissions to canonical costs while keeping budgets, invoices and payment records distinct.
How to use it
- Open the project’s financial review and inspect the estimate or invoice, issuer, dates, amount and original source.
- Check suggested existing costs. Explicitly select a matching recorded cost when it is the same expense; an equal amount alone is not proof.
- Review and confirm the approved invoice/cost relationship. New costs and adopted costs retain their source; do not record the same spending in another ledger.
- Record settlement information and allocate recorded payments to the applicable invoice. Payment entries record what happened; ResiArk does not send money.
- Use reviewed correction/reconciliation controls for errors, retaining original references and history. Compare actual costs with approved budgets and change orders separately.
- Household viewers can inspect authorized information but cannot approve changes. Refresh and compare if another device changed the review.
Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
