Create a New Build household
Create a dedicated New Build household and connected construction project, with optional property details and a builder invitation.
How to use it
- Sign in with your homeowner account and open Build a Home. Ark+ is required. Dedicated New Build households do not count toward standard home slots.
- Enter a household name. ResiArk adds the New Build prefix; check the preview before continuing.
- Add optional home and property details, such as lot, address, size and planned dates. You can begin before choosing land or a floor plan and update details later.
- Optionally enter your builder’s email and name or company, or skip the invitation and add a builder later.
- Review the details and choose Create New Build Household. If confirmation is interrupted, retry the same submission and check Your Homes before starting a different request.
- Open the construction workspace to review stages, upload plans, record decisions and manage your building team.
Active construction collaboration requires the household’s Ark+ entitlement. Household roles and builder permissions still apply. Existing history is preserved when access changes.
